Dr. Amaro

Dr. Amaro completed a DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, in Boston. Before attending dental school, she also completed an Honors Bachelor of Science degree at University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto Institute for Studies in Education. She previously worked as a clinical teaching assistant at Tufts, where she had the privilege to share her knowledge with other students. It was this experience that sparked her interest in teaching leading her to take on a clinical instructor role at the University of Toronto School of Dentistry. I love improving people’s self-esteem by helping them achieve a beautiful smile, and relieve their pain. She continues to enhance her dental training, earning certifications in Invisalign®, Physics Forceps, a certificate in moderate sedation, and more! She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, the Toronto Academy of Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Hayley Starkman is a graduate of Western University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree with honours and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Dr. Starkman is passionate about caring for each patient she meets and understanding their individual needs. She strives to deliver top quality treatment while ensuring patient comfort as a priority.
Dr. Starkman enjoys making patients feel at home and encourages them to play an active role in their treatment plan. When the treatment plan is aligned with the patient’s goals, the patient can leave the office happy, with a healthy smile.
When she is not in the dental office, Dr. Starkman enjoys travelling to visit family around the world or cooking up a storm in the kitchen!

Dr Ali Tavakol is a graduate of University of Toronto, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
After graduation, He started working in Ottawa area, where he honed his skills. His highest quality dental service has given him a dedicated customer base which just keeps growing. Dr Ali obtained training in implant dentistry and wisdom teeth extraction and is a member of American Academy of implant Dentistry.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Ali playing soccer, going to the gym, and snowboarding. He also enjoys reading, and spending time with his family.
Dr Ali is a member of Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry.
